Sponsors

Sponsors are invited to place advertising literature into the delegate bags and all sponsors will be acknowledged in the conference program and abstract book.

Major Sponsors

Major Sponsors will be listed as such in the conference program and abstract book. In addition to placing advertising material in the delegate bags, major sponsor will be acknowledged during the conference and at the banquet.

Donations in Kind

Gifts with advertising logos, delegate bags, food, drink and/or samples may be accepted as self promoting or, depending on the value of the goods donated, donors may also be considered as sponsors or major sponsors and acknowledged as specified above.

Equipment Sponsor: ISCEV 2005 Educational Course: 22-23 August

Equipment manufacturers and suppliers can support the educational course by loaning equipment and providing its delivery and support for the hands-on, ERG and VEP workshops. Workshops will be held in the Glasgow Caledonian University Eye Clinic (in the same building as the exhibit hall) prior to the main conference and exhibit. The ISCEV course will provide one free registration (including course refreshments and meals) for one equipment sponsor with each set of equipment.

Exhibitor

The ISCEV exhibit hall will open for the pre-ISCEV annual meeting of the British Society for Clinical Electrophysiology of Vision (BriSCEV) in the afternoon of 23rd August following the course. BriSCEV posters, the afternoon coffee break and then the ISCEV registration will take place in this room.

The exhibit will continue throughout the first full day of ISCEV. The exhibitors will host the morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as the buffet lunch on that day. The poster presentations on the 23rd will be held within the same hall. Exhibitors will receive one BriSCEV and ISCEV registration (including meals and entertainment) with each exhibit area.

Other Sponsorship

Other sponsorship such as advertising within the program book, support for speakers or symposia will be considered and terms for provision and acknowledgement agreed by the local organisers.
