Caledonian Court

Caledonian Court is a modern purpose built complex of 100 flats, each accommodating 6/8 persons in single rooms, in a high amenity area in the city centre, just across the road from the University campus. Each flat is self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen/towels provided.

There is 24 hour access - at the Reception Office during office hours or the Security Office when reception is closed, for collection of keys and information. There is a coin-operated launderette on site for residents’ use. Parking is limited to 40 vehicles.

Catering

This accommodation is self catering, and a fully equipped kitchen is provided in each flat for 6/8 persons. If you are renting a room you are invited to use the kitchen facilities but we request that you keep this area clean and tidy for other residents who will be sharing the flat with you.

Meals are available in the Hamish Wood Refectory during normal opening hours or by arrangement in advance for group bookings. City centre shopping is excellent for those who wish to prepare their own meals, and there is a great choice of restaurants and entertainment facilities within five minutes walk of Caledonian Court.

Special Offer for Delegates

The ISCEV 2005 accommodation offer includes a single room with ensuite toilet, hand-basin and shower. Delegates have a choice of self service at a flat rate of £140 per person for 5-7 days OR similar rooms with daily domestic service of beds etc. for £36.50 per person per day.

Longer stays for either style of accommodation are available at daily rates. Limited numbers of double or twin rooms are also available. Please contact the accommodations office for these and other special requirements.
