RegistrationTo complete the registration process please select the appropriate payment option below. Registration for ISCEV 2005 includes entry to all lectures, posters and exhibits in the ISCEV program, lunch every day, evening meals (except Friday) and banquet. The ISCEV Course includes entry to lectures, lunch and evening meal. BriSCEV includes entry to lectures, posters and exhibits, lunch on both Monday and Tuesday, evening BriSCEV social function including evening meal on Monday 22nd August. See full breakdown of Registration fees There are three payment options. 1) An online payment through PAYPAL. You can use a credit card or a PAYPAL account. 2) Download a form for Cheque / Bank draft payment in UK Pounds 3) Download a form which can be FAXED for payment by credit card in US Dollars. Cancellation Policy At any time - £50 Administration Fee. Under normal circumstances cancellations will not be accepted after 09 August (no refund). However, please contact the ISCEV secretariat if there are exceptional circumstances requiring cancellation after that date.
Notes on Online Payment Secure online Registration Payment page for ISCEV 2005 is via the PAYPAL system. Some countries are not members of PAYPAL and if your country is not registered then you will not be able to pay with this method. Your option is therefore to pay by by one of the other methods or to make a direct banking transfer. Please contact me if you wish to make a direct transfer or if you have any other difficulties with online payment. Dr D.Keating US delegates may use the PAYPAL system with a limit of $2,000 (approx £1,000). Other delegates wishing to use the PAYPAL system may pay by credit card with a limit of £500.
